Each session is an opportunity to unwind, connect with fellow creatives, and explore new techniques in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. With Jelena’s eye for upcycled design and Jess’s love of bold colors and whimsical forms, you’ll leave feeling inspired, energized, and proud of what you’ve created.

Looking for a fun, hands-on way to spark your creativity? Join us for a special evening workshop at the Periwinkle Flowers studio! Guided by two passionate artists, Jessica McEwen (florist, collage artist, and owner of Periwinkle Flowers) and Jelena Pticek (artist and owner of Poppyseed Creative Living), you’ll dive into the world of printmaking, collage, and creative self exploration.

This workshop is all about enjoying the process. We’ll start by creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind collage papers using a variety of playful printmaking techniques. Then, we’ll help you transform your custom papers—plus an assortment of printed images and magazine cuttings—into your very own collage portrait art piece.

No experience? No problem! This is a relaxed, supportive space where everyone can have fun experimenting with colour, texture, and pattern. You’ll leave with a completed artwork and the joy of having spent time reconnecting with your creative side.
